Useful information that you should know before coming

All our apartments have ground floor access with a garden and two stories. All have large, fully equipped terraces overlooking Montgrí or the sea.

PETS

Pets are accepted with appropriate documentation and vaccinations. More information in reception.

SERVICES

Available services at the Complex

Wi-Fi - We have a free connection point at reception and wifi throughout the complex.
Secure, undercover parking. (Check availability and rate)
Children: we have foldable cots available on request, high chairs (for 6 month olds and above) and free baths under reservation and subject to availability.
Safety deposit box. (Consult rate)

Bed linen: Beds are equipped with bedspreads and duvets.
Cleaning kit upon arrival: scourer, cloth, dishwasher soap, kitchen towels, garbage bags, bath mat.
Laundry: Washing machine and dryer available.
Irons and Hairdryers available on request and subject to availability.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

Check-in between 16:00 and 20:00 and check-out max 10:00

We also have an afterhours key collection service after 20:00.

Deposit of 200€ required per apartment, returned after checking the status of the apartment upon departure.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Until June 15 and from September 15 you can cancel up to 7 days before your arrival with a full refund of deposit 30%

From June 16 to September 16 you can cancel up to 21 days before your arrival with a full refund of deposit 30%

GETTING THERE

GPS coordinates: Latitude 42º 2’39’’N Longitude 3º11’37’’E

Take the motorway AP7 - E15 towards Girona / Barcelona, exit Nº5 (L'Escala Empuries) continue along the GI 623 for 14km until the intersection with the C31. Follow signs to La Bisbal - Torroella de Montgrí. Finally, take the GI 641 towards l'Estartit.

You can come by train to Flaça (22km), and it is advisable to take a taxi to Estartit. Girona (45km) has many transport options: rent a car, bus or taxi. Perpignan (105Km) possibility of renting cars, buses, or taxi.
